Christina Boyajian LMHC, PMH-C
Christina is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and certified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor specializing in adult and couples therapy. Christina’s approach is holistic and humanistic, including psychodynamic and mindfulness techniques while also utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and The Gottman Methods with couples.
Christina has a wide breadth of experience, from private practice to inpatient psychiatry. She acted as lead staff for a Personalized Recovery Oriented Services Program, providing intensive recovery planning for individuals with a variety of mental health concerns. She also developed and facilitated curriculum for psychoeducational groups for the program. She then followed her passion to focus on individual and couples psychotherapy at Garnet Health’s Outpatient Counseling Center. During her outpatient work, she established herself as the lead couples counseling provider, specializing in couples and individuals going through all stages of family planning. She is excited to join Hudson Mental Wellness where she provides virtual therapy to individuals and couples with her unique, tool-centered, outcome-based approach.
Christina is a graduate of Marist College where she received her Masters of Arts in Mental Health Counseling. She enjoys the beach and spending time with her family.
